TOP TEACHERS PROGRAM

Jacobs Music recognizes local educators each year with the STEINWAY & SONS Top Teacher Award. The STEINWAY Top Teacher Award is a prestigious formal recognition by STEINWAY & SONS that commends a music educator’s passion, artistry, and commitment to students. Exemplary piano teachers in regions throughout the country are selected to receive the honor.

STEINWAY & SONS has always been an avid supporter of music education.

STEINWAY-authorized dealers have relationships with piano educators who teach a wide variety of genres. In 2017, STEINWAY launched the Top Teacher program to recognize teachers who have demonstrated a passion for inspiring young people in their musical expression, as well as a commitment to insisting that their students practice and perform on the finest pianos in the world. These teachers have been nominated by their local authorized STEINWAY dealership and are among the very best in their communities.
